History: Whereas our first tests of organic farming in Boofzheim go back to 1972, the Durr Farm is made known as from 1982 through a pilot project of methane exploitation resulting from the animal manure, intended to provide energy to the dairy in which a broad pallet of artisanal fresh produce distributed in the co-operatives and the stores bio will be produced, like on the markets of Strasbourg.
